NET 2003 Add-on Pack. by default, delpolictopcryptkey.exe is located in the Program FilesMicrosoft Visual Studio. NET 2003 CompactFrameworkSDKWinCE utilitiesdel=topcryptkey folder.
It turns out that the security key container has expired and Windows CE Utilities for Visual Studio is installed. NET 2003 Add-on package, go to Program FilesMicrosoft Visual Studio. NET 2003 CompactFrameworkSDKWinCE utilitiesdelmo-topcryptkeydirectory run delw.topcryptkey.exe, and then restart the computer to solve the problem.
