Visual Studio 2013 New Web Project IIS Express 64-bit version

Developing SharePoint with Visual Studio 2012 should have encountered the following error "SharePoint is not supported in 32-bit processes" and how to modify the target platform is not working because the VS 2012 is equipped with IIS Express 32-bit and The SharePoint program is 64-bit, so there is an incompatibility.
