Workaround for VMware File not locked (Failed to lock)

Why the problem occurred:

The virtual disk (. vmdk) itself has a disk protection mechanism that, in order to prevent multiple VMs from accessing the same virtual disk (. vmdk) for both data loss and performance reduction, virtual machines are used each time the virtual machine is started with a. LCK (disk Lock) file on the virtual disk (. vmdk ) for lock protection. The. LCK (disk lock) file is automatically deleted when the virtual machine shuts down. However, the virtual machine may not have been able to delete the. LCK (disk Lock) file on your system since you shut down the VM properly, so this error occurs the next time you start the virtual machine.

Workaround: Delete all files and folders ending with. lck in the virtual machine configuration file and Virtual Disk folder
