Reason:

Is that the virtual machine service is not turned on

Workaround: (Run as Administrator)

Click "Start → run", enter CMD in the Run box to open a command prompt, then execute the following command in turn.

net start VMCI
net start vmx86
net start Vmnetuserif
sc config Vmci=auto
sc config Vmx86=auto
sc config Vmnetuserif=auto
