Cause:

If you are using a VMware virtual machine and suddenly the system crashes blue screen, there is a certain chance that it will fail to start.

Will prompt: The lock file fails, cannot open the disk or the snapshot depends on the disk;

This is because when the virtual machine is running, it will lock the file, prevent it from being modified, and if suddenly the system crashes, the virtual machine will not be anxious to unlock the locked file, so when you start, you will be prompted not to lock the file, such as:

Workaround:
Open the folder where you stored your virtual machine system files, note that it is the system file, not the virtual machine's installation directory, which is where you set up the virtual machine:

Then search this folder with the following keywords: *.lck

Delete all *.lck temporary files found, enable again OK
