Version: VMware? Workstation Pro
Background:
? ? ? I have two days of computer, the first stage of a few years to buy the old machine, one is now used
? ? ? School with two computer thieves heavy, so I thought of using the VM to connect it
? ? ? Usually I also use another machine to open the virtual machines with
? ? ? It's better to connect remotely than to use
Old machine configuration:
??? i3 1.90GHz 8GB?? 500GB
Remote connection There is a problem, that is, there is no public network IP
I use the intranet penetration tool, specifically which tool will not say
Pre-work:
Need to configure the network penetration tool, can remotely past your old machine (port 3389)
Then the VM needs to create a new shared host,
Share your existing virtual machine settings directly
You will find that the path cannot be changed (when the C-disk space is not enough), modify the preferences to have a shared virtual machine location
Have to go there to modify
It's all done and the next step.
VM Remote port, if connection failure may be a port issue
You need to close the share and then modify the port to enable it.
VMS have two ports, one is the default of 443
And there's a 902 port.
Intranet penetration Tool Be sure to open these two ports.
Otherwise you can connect to the host without opening the virtual machine
Connect work started
Server name: IP address: Port? (Default 443 without modification, if modified to add port)
The intranet penetration tool may be a domain name, or it may be an IP address
User name: The user name of the host (the user name of the old machine, not the user name of a system on the VM virtual machine)
Password: the password of the host (same as the user name of the old machine)
For example: Old machine?? User name Administrator?? password 123456
Then just fill it out.
Page after successful connection
It's just like you created a virtual machine locally.
The use of resources is in the old machine.
END
I am also a beginner, and I tried to search for a tutorial on VMS connecting to a remote server
The results are not available tutorials, write this also want to share my personal experience
If you happen to have a problem with this, you're welcome to talk to me.
I'd love to help you, too, =--=.
