When the virtual machine is running, a non-normal shutdown. Causes the virtual machine to appear with the following error:

If the virtual machine is already in use, press the Cancel button to avoid damaging it. If this virtual machine is not in use, press the Take Ownership (&t) button to get ownership of it.

But click to get ownership, and error:
Failed to acquire ownership of the virtual machine.
The virtual machine is being used by a program on your console.

Later a flurry of tossing, suddenly thought is not *.lck folder problem, because have encountered similar problems before.
So pound, directly delete the *.lck folder under D:\Virtual machines\centos-6.3\, and then reopen D:\Virtual MACHINES\CENTOS-6.3\CENTOS-6.3.VMX in the virtual machine.
Oh, it's normal.
Tip: If you are afraid of problems, you can first move the D:\Virtual machines\centos-6.3\ under the *.lck folder to another directory, do not delete directly.
VMware tip: This virtual machine appears to be in use and cannot take ownership of the workaround
