VMWare virtual network card displays unrecognized network under win7

VMware Network AdapterVmnet1 and vmnet8
The firewall identifies it as a [unrecognized network-public network], which is blocked and cannot use port ing. Port 80 of the virtual machine cannot be passed in, and data packets can only be sent out and cannot be entered. The public network cannot be changed to a home or work network.

Solution:

1. Go to the registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ class \ {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}] and start backup.

2. Check [items] (items, to 00xx) one by one. See which item on the right is [value]: "driverdesc" = "VMWare virtual Ethernet adapter for vmnet1 ".

3. After finding it, add a "DWORD" value (32-bit) named "* ndisdevicetype" (* is required) and change the data value to "1 ".

4. Repeat Step 1, find vmnet8, repeat Step 2, and add a value.

After that, restart Windows.
