  • Installation steps:

    Failed to load module "Pk-gtk-module": libpk-gtk-module.so and other information
    3. To resolve the above GTK error, mainly because the corresponding module can not find
    #ldconfig-V | grep libpk-gtk-module.so (Nothing found)
    3.1. First determine if the required module system is installed and its location
    #locate pk-gtk-module.so
    /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/modules/libpk-gtk-module.so
    #locate libcanberra-gtk-module.so
    /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/modules/libcanberra-gtk-module.so
    3.2 Adding the path to the system load modules
    #vim/etc/ld.so.conf.d/gtk-2.0/conf
    /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/modules//Note here The modules must not be less, otherwise it will not be loaded successfully
    3.3 Reload Module
    #ldconfig
    3.4 Verification
    #ldconfig-V | grep libpk-gtk-module.so
    Libpk-gtk-module.so-libpk-gtk-module.so
    4. Re-execute the installation, then all the way next, this process requires the input serial number

  • Uninstall steps:
    1. First look at the name and version number of the installed virtual machine "vmware-installer-l (-L,--list-products List installed products)"
    #vmware-installer-l

    2. Start unloading (-u NAME,--uninstall-product=name uninstall a product)
