Server installation:

1. VSS 6d

Ii. VS2003.net. The server must at least install the following content:

Client:

1. Remote Access to the ASP.net Server

After the server is installed, no special settings are required on the local machine.

You can perform one-step debugging on the remote server on the local machine and go to the custom class library for debugging.

 

Ii. VSS Control of stored procedures:

 

1. Install VSS 6d on the client

2. Choose tools> options in the menu and set them as shown in the figure below.

 

 

3. Use VS.net's "server resource manager" to connect to the database you want to control.

 

4. Click "refresh" and "add to source code management" will be displayed"

 

5. The following dialog box is displayed. Enter the parameters as required:

 

6. Enter the user name and password of the VSS database:

 

7. Select the stored procedure to be added and add it to VSS !!

 

Note: When the stored procedure is opened and is in the editing status, the VSS menu options of the stored procedure cannot be operated.
