VUE learning, minor problems encountered when setting up the vue runtime environment, vue Runtime Environment

1. Use vscode to edit the project. First, set up a vue running environment, open the integration terminal, and use npm install live-server-g to install live-server.

Problem1: cmd terminal branch problem. Solution: Open cmd.exe, right-click "cmd.exe", select Properties, select the old version, and restart vscode.

Problem2: cannot be closed after the terminal opens live-server. Solution: temporarily retain
