Wamp cannot start MySQL service

Click Restart MySQL service :

PHP integrated Environment wamp MySQL service wampmysqld not start, always prompt error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly!

To understand:

(1) through netstat-a-n see MySQL Port is not accounted for, so no need to change the port.

Workaround:

Delete the files in the data directory except the database folder, restart MySQL, problem solving.
