WebLogic Installation and Configuration

WebLogic is a Java application server for developing, integrating, deploying, and managing large-scale distributed web applications, Web applications, and database applications.

1. Install WebLogic;
(1) Click the Next button;

(2) Select Custom and click Next button;

(3) Select the Next button after selecting the server;

(4) Click the Next button;

(5) Select the Next button after selecting No.

(6) Done;

2. Configure a domain.
(1) All Programs find the Configuration Wizard and click Run.

(2) Click the Next button.

(3) I chose to configure a basic WebLogic Server Domain.

(4) Select Custom and click Next.

(5) After entering the following information, select Next (Name; Listen address; Listen Port).

(6) Select No after selecting Next.

(7) Select No after selecting Next.

(8) When User Name/password is set, click Next.

(9) Next.

(Ten) Next.

(one) Next.

(a) The Configuration Wizard runs (the configuration name is its own name, the general recommendation is named Xxxdomain), and then click the Create button.

3. Under the Domainxxx folder you created, click Startweblogic.cmd to run WebLogic. (my domain created in C:\bea\user_projects\domains\)

4. Enter the URL http://127.0.0.1:7001/console into the WebLogic configuration in IE browser.

5. Connection pool configuration.
(1) Enter the user name and password previously configured. Go to the following page and click on the JDBC Connection pool to configure the connection pool.

(2) Click Configure a new JDBC Connection pool to create a fresh connection pool.

(3) Select the appropriate database type and driver and click the Continue button.

(4) According to the actual situation fill in the following database information to complete the Click Continue button;

(5) Enter the following page and click the test Drive Rconfiguration button to verify that the connection was successful.

(6) When the connection is successful, the following page appears, click the Create and Deploy button.

(7) Connection pool creation succeeded.

6. Data Source Configuration
(1) Click on JDBC Data Sources.

(2) Enter the following page;

(3) After filling in the information, then click Continue;

(4) Click the Continue button;

(5) Click the Create button;

(6) Creation completed;

7. Release
(1) Click Web Application Modules.

(2) Enter the following page to create a Web application.

(3) Select the Defaultwebapp of the project workspace. Then click the Target Module button;

(4) Click the Deploy button;

(5) configuration completed;
