E:\ibm\websphere\appserver\profiles\dmgr01\bin>startmanager.batwsvr0028i: The product has expired. Please reinstall or purchase the product.

The solution is as follows:

Search for "was.license" files in the installation directory of was, delete all the files with the same name you searched for, and then restart was.

At this point, the following information is printed on the command line:

e:\ibm\websphere\appserver\profiles\dmgr01\bin> expires within a day.
