What file is FLC?
The FLC file is the animated file format used by Autodesk company in its 2D, 3D animation production software. FLI is the original 320x200 resolution based animation file format, while FLC is FLI extension, the use of more efficient data compression technology, its resolution is no longer limited to 320x200. The Flic file uses the travel code (RLE) algorithm and the delta algorithm for lossless data compression, first compresses and saves the first image in the entire animation series, and then calculates the difference or change part of the two images by frame, and RLE compresses this part of the data, Because of the difference between the adjacent images in the animation sequence, it can get a very high data compression rate, support 256 colors, the largest image pixel is 64000*64000, support compression, widely used in animation graphics animation sequence, computer-aided design and game applications.
