What is the beginner learning route for PHP?

Non-professional, to learn PHP is not to work, the main purpose is to do a specialized (medical) technology flow and question and answer community;
My situation is to contact DZ and PW Four or five years, just in use, not engaged in two development, so is a rookie. Self-taught html5+css3 some front-end things, studied sementic UI and bootstrap;

The goal is: to use the framework to do a above station, similar to V2ex and Segmentfault station, you can freely add functionality.

So I would like to know how to ask you friends. How is the learning route planned? Frame is not CI,YII,TP?
