By default, a PL/SQL external is installed.Program(EXTPROC) Entries in listener. in ora, It is a listener that Oracle calls the default configuration of external programs. Its name is EXTPROC or plsextproc, but it is generally not used and can be directly used from listener. this is removed from ora because EXTPROC has been attacked by multiple methods. Oracle is recommended to delete it when no external program is used.
Plsextpro refers to PL/SQL external procdure, that is, calling external statements in PL/SQL, such as the process written in C and Java.
Now that Oracle fully supports Java, this is outdated. The reason for continued retention is that it is compatible with database instances of earlier versions.
Sometimes the listener may be copied between multiple database instances. ora: Check whether the copied file contains unnecessary services. Make sure that only the required service items are left to reduce the area where the listener is attacked.
