1. The loaded printing paper position is incorrect, lower than the arrow mark on the left guide rail of the printer.
2. Inkjet printer's boundary is the right boundary as the standard, the stylus printer is the standard with the left boundary, and the laser printer is the center as the standard. If the left side of the printer is close to the left edge of the paper, it will result in a loose tilt of the page, which can easily distort or feed into multiple pages.
3. When the paper curl or pleat is too serious, it will also occur once more than one page. If this happens, you can flatten the paper or curl it slightly in the opposite direction a few times to see if it solves the problem.
4. This can also occur if the paper is thick and the position of the adjustment bar does not conform to the type of the media. When printing a file on a conventional thickness medium, the adjustment lever should be pulled to the "0" position; when printed on envelopes and thicker paper, it should be pulled to the "+" position. However, some models do not have this adjustment lever.
5. General printer can only use 60~180g paper, if the paper is too thin, such as 40g of advertising and glossy paper, sulfuric acid paper, etc. in the printing is very easy to appear more than one page and folder phenomenon. The solution is to check whether the paper meets the requirements of the printer, and fold the paper into a fan to separate the sheets, prevent the static electricity from sticking to the paper, and then reload the printed page.
When this happens, it is a good idea to check the print number setting on the printer software's paper menu (Windows) to see if it is incorrect.
