What if the monitor resolution is too low?

Setting method for display resolution too low:

(1), in the desktop space right click, select Properties, pop-up the following prompt box, select Settings, in the screen area to adjust the corresponding resolution.

(2), if the choice of resolution can not find the required resolution, click Advanced, in the New pop-up window to select the monitor, will hide the monitor can not display the mode tick cancel, click Apply, and then try to set the resolution. If this option is grayed out, click on the property, use the monitor to attach the disc, and install the correct display driver attempt.

(3), if the display random disc missing or invalid settings, you can click on the adapter, click on the list of all modes, in the new pop-up window to choose the resolution to be set and refresh rate, click OK, and then click Apply to try.

(4), if in the advanced settings have a video card-related Special tab, you can click on this tab, select screen resolution and refresh rate, will hide this monitor does not support the mode options such as uncheck Cancel, set the resolution directly on this page to try.

If none of the above 4 methods can be set to the desired resolution and refresh rate, the video card cannot support the resolution and refresh rate that you want to set.

Note If the resolution or refresh rate setting value exceeds the range displayed by the display, the monitor will not display properly, it may be black screen and tip out of frequency range. Please do not easily try too high resolution or refresh rate. If you have just set the resolution or refresh rate, try pressing the ESC key. If the previous normal resolution and refresh rate are not restored, need to restart the computer press F8, select the Safe mode with VGA into the system, set to a lower resolution and refresh rate, restart the normal access system can (if the Win98 system, restart Press F8, select Safe Mode to set it).
