What if the Linux root partition is full?

Source: Internet
Author: User

A: If the Linux root partition usage reaches 100%, it will cause the following behavior:

  1. Root cannot log on

  2. System does not start properly

Second: Find large files within the root partition by command

1.du-sh/* 2>/dev/null | Sort-hr | Head-3

2. If the above command is found to be the largest/var/space, look for large files within the/var partition, such as:

du-sh/var/* 2>/dev/null | Sort-hr | Head-3

3. And so on, finally find the big file, delete or take other measures!
