What is the PowerPoint2007 use Help system?

To open the PowerPoint Help window, press the F L key or click the Help icon (question mark) in the upper-right corner of the PowerPoint window. See figure below.

To find information in the Help system, you can:

Click a topic on the default Browse PowerPoint help page (shown in Figure 1.3 2), and then continue to click on the subtopics to narrow your search until you find what you want.

Type a keyword or phrase in the search box, and then click Search or press ENTER to find help articles that contain the word.

Tip: Most content in the 0ffice 2007 Help system relies on Internet connectivity. By default, Office 2007 applications automatically connect to Microsoft's online servers to gather additional help information. If your Internet connection is slow and you find the search extremely slow, you can try disabling online help so that PowerPoint uses only the Help files that are installed on your PC. To do this, from the PowerPoint Help window, click the connection status indicator (see Figure 1.3 2) and select Show only content from this computer in the menu that appears.

When you browse or search the Help system, a list of topics that match topics or search items appears. Click on an article to read. For example, Figure 1. 33 shows an article about saving a file.
