Call transfer is set on the mobile phone
: After the call transfer function is enabled, incoming calls from your mobile phone are transferred to another phone. Click here to disable this function.
After the call transfer function is enabled, incoming calls from your mobile phone are transferred to another phone. Follow these steps to cancel the call transfer:
1. On the standby page, click [mobile phone ].
2. Click the menu in the lower left corner and select call settings ].
3. Slide the screen up and click call transfer ].
4. Click cancel all ].
5. If you have set call transfer before, enter the previously set number and click OK to cancel this function.
The mobile phone has set call restrictions.
: You can only call a phone number but cannot receive a call. Click here to disable the call restriction function.
If you have set a call restriction for a mobile phone, the mobile phone can only call but cannot answer the phone. To disable this function, follow these steps:
1. On the standby page, click [mobile phone ].
2. Click the menu in the lower left corner and select call settings ].
3. Move the screen up and click other settings ].
4. Click [call restrictions ].
5. Click [call ].
6. Select close ].
7. Enter the password you set and click OK ].
2. Some calls cannot be answered.
: Most mobile phone calls can be answered normally, but calls from some numbers cannot be answered. Click here to delete the blacklist number.
If your phone has set a blacklist of incoming calls, it will block incoming calls from phone numbers that you do not want to receive. Follow these steps to delete the blacklist:
1. Click application on the standby page ].
2. Click set ].
3. Slide the mobile phone screen with your finger up and select "call/message blocking ].
4. Click [call blocking list ].
5. Click the delete icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
6. Click [select all ].
7. Click delete.
After the above operations are completed, the blacklist number is successfully deleted.
3. After the above operation is checked, the mobile phone fault still cannot be solved

1. Change the phone card or restart the phone and try again.
