Today, when handling a problem for a customer, the reason for the failure was that the Firewall service did not start, as shown in Figure 1

After you see the error, go to the Firewall service, indeed, the Firewall service has stopped, as shown in Figure 2

The following error occurred while attempting to manually start the Firewall service (Windows firewall/internet Connection sharing-ics) Service: Windows Firewall/internet Connection sharing (ICS) service stopped because of the following error: Access denied. As shown in Figure 3
