Method One: We found the SoftwareDistribution folder in the system and then modified a name to see (search function can be used to search Folder name)

· First Look for Windows Update Service in the system's control panel to stop
· Then go to C:/windows to find the SoftwareDistribution folder for renaming.
· Then open the Windows Update Service and try again.

Method Two: Repair Windows components

Press the win key +x at the same time, select a command prompt (admin), and then enter the following directive (or you can copy and paste the right button):
Dism/online/cleanup-image/checkhealth
Dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth
