1. Download the TORTOISESVN installation package, which contains the Chinese language pack.

3. Create an SVN directory on the D drive. (You like to build anywhere, it's said to be best in English.)

4. Open "TortoiseSVN" in the Start menu--"setting"

5. Right-click the SVN directory and tap "TortoiseSVN"--"Create repository Here"

6. Go to the Conf folder in the SVN directory:

1. Open the svnserve.conf with Notepad to separate

# anon-access = Read modified to: anon-access = Read #千万注意开头没有空格, anonymous user readable

# auth-access = Write modified to: auth-access = Write #千万注意开头没有空格, verify user writable

# password-db = passwd modified to: password-db = passwd #千万注意开头没有空格

# authz-db = Authz modified to: authz-db = Authz #千万注意开头没有空格

2. Open passwd with Notepad, create username: admin or other

Under the Users row, add directly:

[Users]

admin = admin #用户名 = password. The user name must start with a space, and a space on both sides of the = sign.

3. Open Authz with Notepad, modify permissions, add:

[/] #代表svn的根目录 d:/svn/

admin = RW #admin have read and write permissions, R for Reading, W for write, add new user rights, need to be added in the passwd file first.

7. Start TortoiseSVN:

Open cmd command line, execute: svnserve-d-R d:/svn #这时命令行窗口是一直开着的, at first I thought it was a problem .

8. Shut down the Windows R2 Firewall, or set port 3690 to allow inbound/outbound.

9.WIN7 Client connections:

Install the TORTOISESVN on the client, and then connect using the TORTOISESVN Repository Browser connection.
