Windows 8.1 Command prompt missing how to retrieve

In Windows 8.1, PowerShell is used by default to replace the traditional command prompt. We can easily find it in the properties of the taskbar.

 
1. Right-click "taskbar"-"properties" on the computer, as shown in the following figure;


 
2. then, click the "navigation" tab, and then find "when I right-click the lower left corner or press Windows key + X, in the menu, replace the command prompt with Windows PowerShel and deselect the previous check box;

 
3. Now, let's try again and press "win + x" to see if it is a command prompt. Right-click "taskbar"-"attribute" and check if there is a command reminder.
