Microsoft in the years Ten Month 2 Day Release Wn10 Technical Preview, here is the installation process

Hardware requirements:

Same as WINDOWS8 and 8.1 configuration requirements

Processor: 1GHz or above, support PAE, NX, and SSE2;

Memory: 1GB (32-bit) or 2GB (64-bit)

Hard disk space: 16GB (32-bit) or 20GB (64-bit)

Graphics: Support for Microsoft DirectX 9 and WDDM drivers
