  2. Microsoft server is fine.
Solve

Clean up C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download . Steps:

  1. net stop Wuauserv
  2. Delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download all files, folders
  3. net start wuauserv This step is optional, the update is automatically up

Note: Delete only C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download other folders do not delete in particular DataStore . DataStoreThe update history after deletion is gone.
