Windows 7 and Windows Vista processors, memory performance comparisons

Windows 7 and Windows Vista have a lot of performance comparisons, but most of them are about 3D games, but playing games is not a long-term solution, so today we look at two more fundamental aspects: processor and memory performance.

Radiator: Noctua nh-u12p

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5

Graphics card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 285

Memory: OCZ Blade PC-16000 DDR3 2gbx3 (7-8-7-20)

Hard drive: West data velicorapter 300GB

Operating system: Windows Vista SP2 64-bit, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OEM

Driver: GeForce 190.38

Wprime:windows 7 consumes 12% and 11.5% longer than Vista, which is not what we want.

EVEREST: The gap between only a few, up to 1%, the basic negligible.

SiSoft Sandra: Similar to the Everest situation, is also a difference of about 1%.
