You can try the following steps on Windows XP:
1. update Windows XP to Windows XP Service Pack 3.
2. Start related services:
1. Click Start, Run, run services. msc, and press Enter.
2. Find and double-click the following service, change the Startup Type to automatic, and click Start.

3. Enable NetBIOS:
1. Click Start, Run, Run NCPA. CPL, and then press Enter.
2. Right-click the local connection and click Properties.
3. Select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
4. Click Advanced, select the WINS tab, and select NetBIOS on start TCP/IP.
5. Click OK.
4. Open the Guest account.
Delete the Network Store Interface Service because Windows XP does not.
Or:
1. Check whether the Microsoft network client is installed in the Local Connection Properties. If not, click Install to install it.
2. Run the following command line:
Netsh winsock reset catalog
Netsh int ipv4 reset "c: \ reset. log"
Netsh int ipv6 reset "c: \ reset. log"
If the problem persists, you can also disable Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) on Windows 7 ).
