When you run the Simplified Chinese program in the English version of the operating system, the program may not display the normal Chinese language, the Chinese have become garbled.
This is because most Chinese programs use the text encoding and Windows 7 English system text encoding is different, this will happen to this display garbled.
We can set up the system in the following way to display Chinese correctly.
- Open Start menu and click Control Panel to open it.

- Click the change display Language(changing the display language) below Clock, Language, and Region(clock, language, and area). As shown in the figure:

- Switch to the administrative(Administration) tab. Click Change system Locale ... (Change the system locale) button.

- Change the current system locale (currently locale) to:Chinese (Simplified, PRC).

The system will eject the following computer reboot prompt:

- If we want to display programs in other languages normally, then change the current system locale to the appropriate language.
