Windows 7 64-bit vs cannot run as administrator.

VS6.0/2008/2010/2013/has been installed on the development machine, and it has been normal before. Suddenly it is not possible to run as an administrator (except for VS6), and "application cannot found/resetuserdata" has been reported, the problem persists. Later, it was triggered by dbgview monitoring and found that a Video Player Plug-in named QQSHELLEXTENSION was playing a strange role. Not long ago, a Video Player Plug-in was installed on QQ. I suspect this is the reason. So I unmount QQ, use VS2013 to restore the installation disk, and restart the system. Everything is normal. This problem had been around for three hours and was almost ready to be reinstalled!
