Windows 7 system Download File save location not "desktop" what to do

Symptom: If we download the file is right click to save when we do not see the left side of the desktop options, this is not completely different from XP.

WORKAROUND: Show all folders in the Organize-> Folder Options-> General-> as shown in the following illustration.
