The icon cannot be docked in the Windows 7 taskbar. After a shortcut is dragged to the taskbar, "attach to Taskbar" cannot be displayed:

 

Enter the following commands into Start> running:
1. CMD/K Reg Add "hkey_classes_root \ lnkfile"/V isshortcut/F
2. CMD/K Reg Add "hkey_classes_root \ piffile"/V isshortcut/F
3. CMD/K taskkill/f/IM assumer.exe & assumer.exe

NowProgramDrag it directly to the taskbar of Windows 7, and drag it to the taskbar, but the prompt "attach to the taskbar" appears when it is not released.
