Personalized Start screen

The "start" screen is the core of a computer and you can customize it as needed. You can pin your most commonly used and favorite apps, websites, friends, files, and folders to the "start" screen to quickly access them. If you have used an earlier version of Windows, you can regard the "start" screen as your previous "Start" menu, but the "start" screen displays more content.

Some magnetic stickers on the "start" screen will be automatically updated, so that you can be clear about the weather and friends status updates. You do not need to open the application to obtain the information you want to find.

Mobile tile

You can select the most effective way to arrange the tiles on the "start" screen-put the similar tiles together, group all your favorites, or create a "work" group for the apps used for work. To move the tile, drag it up or down and drag it to the desired position.

Create a new tile group

You can drag a tile to a blank area to create a new tile group. Release the tile when the gray bar appears-this creates a new group and you can drag more tiles into the group.

After the tile is combined, you can name the group. The procedure is as follows:

1. Touch the "start" screen with two or more fingers and fold your fingers to zoom out.
(Or, if you are using the mouse, click "zoom" in the lower right corner of the screen ".)
2. Sweep down or right-click the tile group to select it, and then click or click "name group ".

Re-adjust the size of the tile

Delete tile

To delete a tile from the "start" screen, scan down or right-click the tile to select it, and then click or click "unfix from ". To uninstall an application and delete it from your computer, click or click uninstall ". This application will no longer be available when you perform a search operation. If you want to restore the application, you must reinstall it. Some magnetic stickers cannot be detached.

Change the color of the Start screen

You can change the background and color of the Start screen. The background is only displayed on the "start" screen, but the selected color is also displayed in other locations (such as the Super button and login screen.
