Windows 8 system optimization, experience flying general sense feet!

1. Turn off homegroup because this feature will cause the hard disk and CPU to be in high load state

4. Turn off the disk defragmentation schedule

Network Sharing Center – Network Connection – Ethernet – Properties – cancels IPv6.

9. Turn on Hybrid Boot

Win8 starts fast. The default is startup, if not started, can go to Control Panel – Power Options – Select the power button function – Change the currently unavailable settings – Shutdown Settings – Tick enable Quick start.

10. Turn off performance effects

System Properties – Advanced-performance-settings – Turn off fade-out fades. Open folders, small software and the like, swish fast! Anyway Win8 all anti-basics, cancel the Aero matte effect, do not care about this special effect, directly close it.

11. Move temporary folders (temp/tmp) to non-system disks

By default, WIN8 will save temporary files in the C drive, using a long time, easy to make the C disk bloated and too much disk fragmentation caused the system to slow down, moving it to non-system disk can avoid this problem.

Method: Right click on the "Computer", select "Properties", in the open window, click on the left side of the "Advanced system Settings" option, click on the lower right corner of the "Environment variables" in the pop-up window, "User variables" and "System variables" have the TEMP and TMP Temp folder values, click the "Edit" button, Change the value of the variable to a value such as d:temp.

Not recommended optimization, pro-Test has a problem!!! Will cause PS, CDR and other software can not open.

Recovery method:

12. Turn Off the splash screen (GUI boot) to speed up boot
Although Win8 's Hybrid boot has made the boot speed more satisfying, it is sometimes possible to further optimize boot speed by turning off GUI booting.

13. Shut down Windows Search and secretly check your account in the background
Windows Search is used to provide content indexing, property caching, and search results for files, e-mail, and other content, simply to speed up the user's file search, but Windows Search uses the computer's idle time period to index, leading to a spike in disk usage. Users who search for files with a low speed requirement can turn it off.
