On the right side of the NtpServer key value enablied, the default of 0
Instead, turn on the NTP server.
3. Expand: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM, CurrentControlSet, Services, W32Time, Config
Locate the announceflags on the right side of the config entry.
Change the default 10 to 5
5 means that it is a reliable time source.
4. Close the Registry editor when you have finished modifying the above
Again: Windows+r popup Run Window---Services---OK, locate the Windows Time service, start and set boot boot
5.linux system using the command ntpdate-u $windows machine IP synchronization time, Windows set the machine IP on the time setting and then point synchronization update
