Windows Server 2003 support is less than half a year

Pinch finger count, Windows Server 2003 has been released for 12 years, following last year's end of Windows XP support, July 14, 2015 will end support for Windows Server 2003, meaning that there is less than six months time.

As with last year's Windows XP end Support, Windows Server 2003 end support means there will be no more security updates. Although server applications can continue to operate, systems that do not have a security update imply a higher potential risk.

Microsoft recommends that Windows Server 2003 users upgrade to Microsoft's new product, choose the right upgrade route for different business scenarios, and that Windows Server R2, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and so on, are the target products for the migration.
