Windows system IE browser security control cannot be installed

Workaround one: Restore IE browser settings to their default values.

First step: Click on the browser menu bar "Tools"---"Internet Options"---"Security", select the Internet area, see the Red box below the "Default Level" button, if not gray, click the button, otherwise, do not do anything.

Step two: The "tools"---the Internet Options---the Security page on the browser menu bar, and select "Local Internet/Trusted sites/Restricted sites" to do the following three items.

Step three: Select "Tools"---"Internet Options"---"Advanced" tab on the browser menu bar, and click "Restore default Settings".

Workaround Two: If you are using the IE8 browser, the steps are as follows.

The first step: please right click on "My Computer"---"Properties"---"General" to see if the operating system is Windows XP3, if so, please replace other browsers.

Step two: Click "Tools" on the browser menu bar---Internet Options---"Advanced" to check whether the "Enable memory protection helps reduce online attacks" option is checked before, if so, please remove the check.

Summary Method Three: If you are using the Firefox/chrome/opera browser, please upgrade your browser to the latest version. The MAC OS X operating system currently supports only Safari browser access Alipay.

Workaround four: Installing a security control requires administrator privileges, verify that the account you are using is in the Administrators group, and that you need to ensure that the account you log in to has write access to the NTFS partitioned hard disk System directory (Windows).
