First install Samba:sudo Apt-get installed Samba

Create a folder under the user directory and set the properties

The shared file name cannot be too long, otherwise you may not be able to access

The shared folder is set up and the following is the window to access this directory

To view the IP of a virtual machine, use the command ifconfig

Enter the IP access virtual machine that you just queried

Double-click on the directory you set up, if you need a username and password, enter your virtual machine system username and password

If the following options are selected, the login screen above will not pop up

After entering the directory, you can copy the files you want to share to this directory.
