Reason Analysis:
 by the error code, this situation is mainly caused by a known problem of Win7 (please visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980486/for details)
Solution:

Open Device Manager on the Yankee Desktop, click on "Network Adapters" and click "Show hidden Devices" in the menu view and you will find many (approximately 200) Microsoft 6to4 Adapter # (numbers), as shown in the following illustration:
It's all right after you delete it. Because of the large number, the deletion time may be longer. After the deletion, reboot can return to normal.
