In the process of using a Windows 8.1 store, there are times when an application cannot be installed, and the general system will give "a problem that this application cannot install." Please try again "such as a hint, the error code is in the form of a format such as 0x80070005 (Figure 1). If the reinstall application remains the same, and sometimes even more applications are installed, the same error is encountered. This problem typically occurs when the license is not synchronized, the SoftwareDistribution folder fails, or the network firewall issues. If these methods have not been resolved, you can consider the system recovery, System Restore, such as "big strokes."

Tip: If you are unable to log in to the application store, check to see if the Windows account is logged on correctly. To install an application using the application store, you first need to log on to the Windows account.
The SoftwareDistribution folder is where all the application files are stored, and if there is a problem with the files in this folder, you can resolve the problem by cleaning up the update folder.
Open c:windowssoftwaredistributiondownload in turn, delete the entire contents of the folder, and if you are prompted to delete it, check "Skip" after "Perform this action for all current items", and then try installing the application after you finish.
If it still doesn't work, disable the Windows Update Service. By pressing the WIN+C key combination and selecting Search, enter the Services.msc search setting, and after you find Windows Update, disable it by right-clicking it (Figure 4).

After you perform the above actions, reboot the system. You cannot complete the installation before attempting to go to the application store installation again to see if the problem is resolved.
Tips: You can also change the account to test whether the application can be updated.
Add a local user through the control Panel → user account → admin user account. When downloading applications at the App Store, associate a Hotmail or other Microsoft Mail account (if not, you can apply for a free one). Then try to install the application.
If none of the above methods work, then the problem can only be solved by means of System restore or system recovery.
If you have previously established a System restore point, you can use System Restore to restore the system to a normal point in time, and then test the application for proper installation. Press WIN+R, enter the "rstrui.exe" command to start System Restore, and follow the prompts to restore the system to a normal point in time (Figure 7).
