Word 2010 Adds or removes a watermark to a document background

When you edit some special sections in Word 2010, you can give their backgrounds a translucent logo, such as "Confidential", "public", or a text or picture.

 Background add watermark steps as follows:

First, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the page layout ribbon.

Second, click the Watermark button in the page background group, and select the appropriate watermark in the Open Watermark panel, as shown in Figure 1.

Third, if you need to delete the watermark that has been inserted, then single strokes the printing panel again, and click the "Remove Watermark" button, as shown in Figure 2.
