1. Open the Word document, go to the View tab, and in the Show Options group, check the Gridlines checkbox.
2, Word appears in the grid line, click the page layout-Arrange-align button, in the Pop-up Drop-down box, select the grid Settings command.
3. Pop the Draw Grid dialog box, set the grid's horizontal spacing and vertical spacing as needed in the grid settings group, tick the Vertical spacing check box in the Show Grid group, and then click OK.
4, the grid is set up, now test the effect, insert several shapes in the document. Click the Insert-illustration-shape button to select the shape you want in the Drop-down box that pops up.
5. Draw shapes on the network, select the Drawing Tools-Format tab, and select a shape style in the Shape Styles option group.
6, follow the steps 4, 5, add a few more shapes, drag any shape with the mouse, the shape will be horizontal and vertical to a small network for the unit to move, so it is easy to see to edit the object is aligned.
