In a Word 2007 document, users can set Word 2007 picture contrast in two ways, as described in the text.
1. Set picture contrast in Word 2007, Picture Tools Ribbon
Open the Word 2007 document window and select the picture you want to set contrast to. In the Format tab of the Picture Tools Ribbon, click the Contrast button in the adjustments group to select from the open Contrast adjustment value -40%-+40% range in increments of 10%, as shown in the figure.

2. Set Word 2007 picture contrast in the Format Picture dialog box
If you want to make more subtle settings for the brightness of your picture, you can do so in the Word 2007 Format Picture dialog box, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window and select the picture you want to set contrast to. On the Word 2007 Picture Tools Ribbon Format tab, click the Contrast button in the Adjust group, and select Picture correction Options in the Open menu, as shown in the figure.

Step 2nd, open the Word 2007 Format Picture dialog box, adjust the contrast spinner in the Picture tab, and set the minor settings in increments of 1%, as shown in the figure.
