Word open error, start prompt error what to do

Failure analysis may be the problem with Word. All the way through word in My computer: c:documents and settingsadministratorapplication Datamicrosofttemplates found a "Normal.dot" file. We just need to delete this file or move the file to another disk, and then change the file name. You can open Word by completing the operation. As shown in the figure:
