• Create, view, and save documents

CTRL + N

Creates a new document that is the same as the current or most recently used document type.

Undo the Split document window.

Ctrl+s

Save the document.

• Find, replace, and browse text

• Print and preview documents

Ctrl+p

Print the document.

Alt+ctrl+i

Switch to or exit Print preview Print preview: A view that displays a document when it is printed. )。

Arrow keys

Move on the enlarged preview page.

Page UP or PAGE Down

Page through the preview page as you shrink the zoom.

Ctrl+home

Move to the preview home page when scaling down the zoom.

Ctrl+end

Moves to the last preview page when the zoom is reduced.

• Reviewing documents

Alt+ctrl+m

Inserts an annotation annotation: a comment or comment that an author or reviewer adds to a document. Microsoft Word displays annotations on the margins of a document or on balloons in the Reviewing Pane. )。

Ctrl+shift+e

Turn on or off tracked changes (tracked changes: Marks that show where a deletion, insertion, or other editing change is made in a document.) )。

Forward one page.
