Step 1: create a folder named Aurelius under the WordPress topic directory wp-content \ themes \, and create the style.css and index.html downloaded by htmlstatic templates.
A WordPress topic contains at least two files:
First, create a folder named Aurelius under the WordPress topic directory wp-content \ themes \ and rename the WordPress topic creation process (3): resize to index. php. in this way, the files index.php and style.css are stored in the wp-content \ themes \ aureliusdirectory. then, log on to the background of your website and you will see that there is an additional topic in the background theme management.
1. add preview thumbnails:
Just upload a screenshot.png image to the topic directory. The image size is 300*225. You can include screenshot.png in the three files downloaded in this tutorial, or you can cut a picture at will.
II. modify topic information
Open the topic's style.css file with an editor. modify the following information at the beginning of the file. if you create a topic by yourself, add the following information. The information is very important. enter at least one topic name:
123456789 |
/* Theme Name: Enter the topic Name Theme URI here: enter the URL of the topic introduction. if not, enter your blog URL Description: Enter the brief introduction of the topic Version: Author: author name Author URI: Author's URL Tags: Tag. Multiple URLs are separated by commas */ |
After modifying the information, go to the background to check whether the topic is the information you want.
You can enable this topic and go to the foreground to check whether the topic is only indexed. php is a template file, so basically all content is displayed according to this template file, but all the code in this file is static html code, besides, css file calls and image paths may also be incorrect. So the content on the front desk may be messy.
