Just as the degree is divided into a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, a doctor's degree, and a general recruitment, an exam, and an adult education, not all of the R & D personnel's work experience is full of gold, I divide it into 6 and so on:

- 5-stream work experience: Outsourcing code that focuses on repetitive work.

- 4-stream work experience: Design, analysis, and management of the above projects.

- Three-stream work experience: Projects and product R & D with high technical content in general companies, or peripheral R & D of well-known enterprises (IBM, googole.

- Second-stream work experience: The R & D backbone of core products of well-known enterprises.
- First-class work experience: Core members of the core products of well-known enterprises, who are well-known in the industry (such as the ms OS architect, Google, and core)AlgorithmResearcher ).

- Super work experience: The Chief Scientist of a well-known lab, or even the winner of the Turing prize, should at least be the founder of gun or the person of Bill Gates.
If you do not have a degree, you can add it through experience. However, it is easy to get a second-level or higher work experience.
