When you do a report, you often need to show multiple presentations, and if you open the file one at a time during the reporting process, you'll need to repeatedly end the show and open another document. This is the trouble and easy to break the train of thought, can you make a number of documents in the order of the set play continuously? In the WPS Office 2007-person version of the WPS demo, we can pack multiple files to play sequentially in sequential order.
1. Packing
Use WPS to open a presentation that you want to show, click "File/Pack" in the menu, and click the Add button in the Pack and Go window to add the files that you want to play to the list individually. Enter the saved folder named "CGX Demo" with the location F:, and click OK to package (Figure 1). The packager will create a new CGX Demo folder under the F: Disk and copy all the added presentation and link files to this folder.

2. Play
Whenever you open the F:CGX Demo folder, double-click the Aeoplayer.exe in the Run folder, and click the Play All button (Figure 2) in the WPS Demo standalone player window to play all the presentation documents sequentially. You can also select the demo you want to play directly in the play list in the WPS Demo Standalone player window, and double-click to play it. The WPS Demo Standalone player window will be displayed again after the show, and then double-click to play another demo. How to do this is more convenient than to open the demo file to play.

Although the packaged playback of the WPS demo does not provide the ability to set the show order, in fact the WPS demo is to play all the presentation documents in the folder in ascending order of file names. With this in mind, we simply rename all the demo files in the packed folder in the order we want to play them, plus 01, 02, 03 ... before the filename. As shown in Figure 2, you can have the demo document play in the order we want it to. In addition, as long as we copy and paste other demo documents directly into the packaged folder, we can make the demo appear in the list of packaged players.
